Step by step

Our tile roof restoration process

  1. Free inspection and quote

We check your roof and give you an honest, clear price.

  2. Notify the neighbours

Before we start, we let your neighbours know about the work. We take care to keep things tidy, but if there is any mess, we'll clean it up.

  3. Replace broken tiles

Any cracked or broken tiles are replaced before cleaning.

  4. High-pressure clean

We remove dirt, moss, lichen and old coatings, then flush out the gutters and downpipes.

  5. Ridge repointing

Ridge cappings are repointed and weep holes are installed so they're sealed, secure and drain properly.

  6. Primer or sealer

This seals the tiles and gives the paint a strong surface to bond to.

  7. Two topcoats

Applied evenly for a smooth, long-lasting finish in your choice of colour.

  8. Final check and clean-up

We walk the job with you and leave your property tidy.

Why restore instead of replace?

A full roof replacement is expensive and disruptive. In most cases, a quality restoration fixes the problems, protects your home and refreshes its look for a fraction of the cost.

We'll always be honest with you, though. If your roof is past restoring and really needs replacing, we'll tell you, so you don't waste your money.

Backed by a 10-year warranty

We're proud of our work, and we stand behind it. Every tile roof restoration comes with a 10-year warranty.

No deposit required

We don't ask for any deposit. You only pay once the job is finished and you're happy with it.

We have just had All Roofs Painted complete our roof restoration. From the initial quote right through to completion Peter and Tom were very friendly and easy to deal with. All the stages of the work were explained along the way and they also notified our neighbours before they started. The whole job was done in 2 days and the site was left spotless. We are very happy with the finished job as our roof looks like new. I would definitely recommend All Roofs Painted to anyone considering a roof restoration.

Great honest work from these blokes. The quote and job was done quickly and all our repairs were fixed. They also didn't sting us for more money after fixing the issues which some companies do. Paint job was done great and pointing looks neat. Definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic experience with Peter and Tom for our roof cleaning, sealing, and painting. They were professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. The roof looks brand new, and the colour finish really complements the whole house beautifully. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking to refresh their home!
